For 2013 we ´ll organize proficiency testing, too.
We organize for laboratories measuring noise, vibration sound insulation also for those labs which deal with determination of sound power of sources. We organize proficiency testing for over 10 years.
Test laboratories from Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Austria, Germany, Finland and Poland take part regularly in our proficiency testing. By this way we´ll present you plan of proficiency testing for 2013 as soon as possible. I believe, that increasing of number of PTs for 2013 will contribute to the fact that you will be able to compare the quality of measurements of your laboratory.
PT –D1- 1996 - 2013"Measurement of noise on no-working places according to ISO 1996".
PT will be held in Český Krumlov from the 11th to the 13th of September,2013.We plan to organize PT according to ISO 1996 in 2013. This PT will take place simultaneously with the seminar. Measurements will be on the same place and under the same conditions. Communications are preferred in electronic form. Each logged lab will receive all instructions in electronic form and will give us prepared filled tabs with results in electronic form. (mail, CD).
PT –D1- 9612 - 2013"Measurements of noise on working places according to EN ISO 9612".
PT "Measurements of noise on working places " will be he test on place. PT will be held in Český Krumlov from the 11th to the 13th of September,2013. Order of laboratories will follow the date of receiving binding order. We plan to organize PT under EN ISO 9612 in 2013. This PT will take place simultaneously with the seminar. D1-11201,2,3,4 – 2013 „Measurements of noise on working places according to EN ISO 11201,2,3,4“ .
PT " Measurements of noise on working places " will be sequential test. Each entered laboratory will receive source from the previous laboratory and will measure Acoustics pressure in the space which will suit the requirements of those standards. Order of laboratories will follow the date of receiving binding order. Communications are preferred in electronic form. PT – D2 - 140 - 4 – 2013 „Determination of airborne sound insulation".
PT named "Measurement of airborne sound insulation according to EN ISO 140-4" will run in building of PT provider on the address U Sirkárny 467/2a, 370 04 České Budějovice and will be the test on the place. Evaluation will be provided under EN ISO 717-1. Each registered laboratory will provide measurement in the same rooms, measured partition construction will be the same for each participant. Measurement of airborne sound insulation will run in terms of the April – June 2013. Each participant will have possibility to measure for 4 hours in one day. PT – D2 - 140 - 7 – 2013 „Determination of impact sound insulation".
PT named "Measurement of airborne sound insulation according to EN ISO 140-7" will run in building of PT provider on the address U Sirkárny 467/2a, 370 04 České Budějovice and will be the test on the place. Evaluation will be provided under EN ISO 717-2. Each registered laboratory will provide measurement in the same rooms, measured partition construction will be the same for each participant. Measurement of airborne sound insulation will run in terms of the April – June 2013. Each participant will have possibility to measure for 4 hours in one day. PT - D3 – 5349 – 2013 – Measurements of vibrations on hands under EN ISO 5349
Measurements of vibrations on hands according to EN ISO 5349 will run as the test on the place during autumn seminar and proficiency testing 12 to 14 September,2012. The source of vibrations will be small product industrially manufactured by company. Each participant will have this source for 1 hour. Communications are preferred in electronic form. PT - D4 - 3382 – 2013 „Measurement of reverberation time".
PT named "Measurement of reverberation time according to EN ISO 3382" will be held in address U Sirkárny 467/2a, 370 04 České Budějovice and it will be test place. Each logged laboratory will provide measurements of reverberation time in the same room. Measurement of reverberation time will take place April – June, 2013. Each participant will have possibility to measure for 1 hour. Communications are preferred in electronic form. PT - D5-3744 – 2013 „Determination of sound power of source according to EN ISO 3744".
PT "Determination of sound power of source based on measurement of acoustic pressure according to EN ISO 3744" will be sequential test. Each entered laboratory will receive source from the previous laboratory and will measure acoustics pressure in the space which will suit the requirements of those standards and determine sound power. Communications are preferred in electronic form. Each logged lab will receive all instructions in electronic form and will give us prepared filled tabs with results in electronic form. (mail, CD).
PT - D5-3746 – 2013 „Determination of sound power of source based on measurement of acoustic pressure according to EN ISO 3746".
PT " Determination of sound power of source based on measurements of acoustic pressure according to EN ISO 3746" will be sequential test. Each entered laboratory will receive source from the previous laboratory and will measure acoustics pressure in the space which will suit the requirements of those standards and determine sound power. Communications are preferred in electronic form. Each logged lab will receive all instructions in electronic form and will give us prepared filled tabs with results in electronic form. (mail, CD).
The price for PT:Price - 410 EUR without VAT for each PT
For participants who will take part in PT every year we ´ll give reduction of price -15 %.
Minimal participants of PT:
A prerequisite that the tests could take place is participation of 5 laboratories (participants).In the even that minimum number of labs will log in, ie. 5, we ´ll realize the PTs. However if the number of entries is less than 5 participants, we ´ll inform all logged, that PT fails.
The method of statistical processing and their evaluation
Statistic processing of results is according to ISO 5725 1-6. To find outliers values numerical and graphical tests (Cochran´s and Grubbs´s tests, Mandel´s statistics) will use. Based on the satisfactory results standard deviations of reproducibility and repeatability will be calculated.

Accredited testing laboratory No: 1145, Studio D – akustika has been the only one subcontractor of PT provider .
Criteria for participant in program of PT
Each participant shall submit verification of measuring devices and accessories needed to provide the test. Each participant shall submit test report and evaluation in PDF format after ending measurements.
PT and Seminar AKUSTIKA 2013
Seminar AKUSTIKA - 2013 will be held in Český Krumlov from the 11th to the 13th of September, 2013.
Basic theme:"Acoustic measurements ". Price : 4000,-CZK + VAT The price includes only the seminar.
For laboratories that will participate in some of PTs in 2012, participation on seminar is free.
Each participant of seminar will receive special journal AKUSTIKA .
Accommodation, meals, etc. is paid by each participant themselves. Studio D – akustika Ltd. provides accommodation.
